Marketing / Lead-Generation Rep — Commission-Only

About the role

Ziema-29 Technologies is a technology studio building websites, apps, and AI tools for businesses. We're growing and looking for someone in the Brantford-Brant area who's comfortable on the phone and wants to earn based on real results, not a fixed schedule. This is an independent contractor role, not an employment position (no vacation pay, statutory benefits, EI/CPP — contractor handles their own tax remittances).

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients using our approved scripts and playbook (no experience writing your own pitch required)
• Log every call outcome accurately and promptly in our Lead Tracker
• Book and coordinate qualified consultations for our Sales team to close
• Comply with all applicable telemarketing rules, including honouring do-not-call requests immediately and permanently

Pay

• $20 for every consultation that's confirmed by Sales as both "held" (the meeting actually happened) and "qualified" (a real decision-maker at a real business showed genuine interest)
• An extra $70 bonus if that lead goes on to sign a contract
• Paid weekly (every Friday) via e-transfer or direct deposit, for activity confirmed through end of day the prior Wednesday
• No cap — the more qualified, held consultations you generate, the more you earn

What we're looking for

• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling "no" gracefully
• Reliable and honest — leads are verified by our Sales team, and fabricated or misrepresented leads result in forfeited pay and grounds for termination
• Based in or near Brantford, ON (fully remote/phone-based — set your own hours)
• Sales, telemarketing, or customer service background is a plus, but not required — full training on our playbook provided
